The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and will be going back to the hotel again.
I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel was truly disappointing and unacceptable. At check-in, I was asked to pay for my stay — despite having paid in full weeks in advance. The receptionist claimed there was no record of my payment in their system. I showed the email confirmation I had received, yet the issue was not handled with any real urgency or professionalism. On top of that, I was asked to pay a deposit, but the hotel only accepts credit cards. I had three debit cards with me, which were not accepted — something I believe the hotel should be better equipped for, especially in today’s world where many people use debit cards for travel. To make matters worse, I had just traveled all the way from Poland, dealing with a 9-hour time difference. After such a long and exhausting trip, the last thing I wanted was to deal with check-in issues and unnecessary stress. My booking also included breakfast, but I was told it wasn’t included. Again, I showed my booking confirmation clearly stating that breakfast was part of the package, and I was still refused. No solution was offered. After this long and frustrating check-in process, I had to rush to get ready for an important meeting, only to discover that my key card didn’t work — not in the elevator and not in the room. The same issue occurred again the next day. My travel agency even reached out to the hotel for clarification, but the explanation given was unsatisfactory. The hotel promised to deliver fruit to my room as a form of apology — that never happened either. Although I had planned to stay for over a week, I checked out after just two nights. I must also mention that the hotel’s location is very inconvenient. There are no nearby restaurants, shops, or even pleasant areas to take a walk. I travel extensively and have stayed in many hotels around the world, and this was by far one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be recommending this hotel to any of my clients, colleagues, or friends.
Made a booking for the wrong date tried to call them the change it. Never got through because the phone just kept looping. We ate that that night. We were going back in ten days made a reservation for one night.. we had something come up and had to go back to the states. We call to cancel, they informed us that we couldn’t cancel that we will be charged the full amount. This was the most unprofessional service I have ever had. We do not recommend this hotel what so ever. Do not go here!!!!!!!
