We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott in Madurai and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The property is beautifully maintained, with elegant interiors and immaculate grounds that create a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. One highlight of our stay was the thoughtful service we received on our departure day. Since we had an early flight and the complimentary breakfast buffet doesn’t start until 6:30 am, the hotel staff graciously arranged an early breakfast for us. This extra effort made our travel experience so much smoother and truly demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets during our stay, which offered an impressive variety of dishes to suit every palate. The quality and presentation of the food were top-notch, and the dining experience felt both refined and relaxed. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and we look forward to returning on our next visit to Madurai.

Courtyard by Marriott, Madurai – A Comfortable and Welcoming Stay I stayed at Courtyard by Marriott in Madurai with my family during our trip from Canada to explore the historical temples of Tamil Nadu. After looking around at different options, this hotel turned out to be the best choice—perfectly located, with excellent service and hospitality. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was cozy, making it a great place to relax after long days of sightseeing. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a great mix of South Indian specialties like string hoppers, idly, and curries, as well as omelettes, western options, cakes, snacks, fresh juices, and seasonal fruits. There was something for everyone, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. I would definitely love to return to this hotel the next time I’m in Madurai. A great stay all around—comfortable, convenient, and well taken care of.
