We had an exceptional experience at the Marriott Mahabaleshwar. The property is truly excellent, boasting a great location surrounded by natural beauty. What stood out most was the warm hospitality — from the senior manager, Mr. Deepak, to the reception team and all other staff members. Everyone went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast spread was lavish and delicious, and the restaurant staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and courteous approach made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. Highly recommended!

Staff is courteous and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and stay experience. The view from the rooms is pleasant, and facilities like the pool, gym, and breakfast buffet add value. The ambience is peaceful and relaxing, especially after a long day. Minor downsides include slightly slow room service and average food taste from the in-house restaurant, but nothing that affects the overall comfort.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I had booked a room at Marriott Mahabaleshwar to celebrate my husband's first birthday after our wedding, and I was promised birthday decorations in the room. However, they completely forgot to even place the cake, and the so-called “decoration” was just “Happy Birthday” written with leaves — nothing more. The entire surprise was ruined, and it completely spoiled my mood and the special day. The rooms were not worth the price at all — despite booking a balcony and bathtub room, the room was basic, dirty, and poorly maintained. The facilities were below average, and the staff provided no proper communication or support. Even after such a disappointing experience, no one from the hotel bothered to make up for the situation. I would never recommend Marriott Mahabaleshwar to anyone. Truly an unforgettable experience — for all the wrong reasons.
