Courtyard by Marriott Makkah

I recently stayed at courtyard by marriott (room 1222) in a spacious 4-bedded room, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. **Room & Cleanliness:** The 4-bedded room was extremely roomy and impeccably clean. From the moment we walked in, we could tell that hygiene is a top priority here. The beds were neatly made with crisp linen, and the room smelled fresh and inviting. The bathroom was spotless, well-stocked, and cleaned daily to perfection. **Hospitality & Staff:** The hospitality was truly outstanding. Every member of the staff, from housekeeping to the concierge, was warm, friendly, and attentive. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. **Reception Service:** The reception staff deserves special praise. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they were always ready with a smile to help with directions, local tips, or any special requests. Their professionalism and courtesy really stood out. Not to forget how welcoming they were. There would always be a person at the entrance who would greet you when you entered or left the hotel. Even offered us lemon water on our check in. The combination of a clean, comfortable 4-bedded room and exceptional service made our trip unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free and pleasant stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is one of the best hotels to stay in the holy city. From the staff, to the environment, restaurant and cafe, This place is amazing. The staff is extremely quick on your responses and so friendly that it feels like staying at home. I wish I could speak more on how comfortable they try to make your stay. It is amazing to stay at this hotel. They have detox water for you when you come in. The staff that constantly cleans, and helps you carry your bags from the car to the room and back and forth. The front desk is exceptional workers who are so polite and nice to you during your stay. This was by far the best stay anyone can ask for during their journey.

I enjoyed my stay in Marriott, it was pleasant. I stayed during Ramadaan and the room was a bit small for my parents and I but we managed. I came back to the same hotel after Ramdaan and they upgraded my room, this room was more spacious. Overall the rooms and hotel is absolutely clean and the staff members are very friendly and welcoming. I would love to stay here again however the main issue is the shuttle service. The shuttle service is not 24 hours it’s more of a salaah service, so the bus only operates during Salaah times. If you want to go to the Haram early you can’t, you will have to sit and wait for the bus to fill up and for it to be Salaah time. Apart from this the bus will leave exactly on Salaah time when the Azaan is going so there is no way you can make it inside the Haram to read Salaah, which I think is absurd because we paying money to be able to read in the Haram. The shuttle service is not exclusive to the hotel it is a general bus service offered to all the hotels on this road. Marriott should try to improve its shuttle service and inform buses to leave early so we can make it to read in the Haraam. Buses should not be leaving only when Azaan is going. If it were not for this shuttle issue I would definitely stay here again.
