Beautiful property with gorgeous and large rooms, well laid out to feel very open and spacious. The window in the shower is a good idea to let more natural light into the bathroom. The on-site sento bath is gender separated and very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent and easy to reach but subway is too many blocks away. Very friendly staff accommodated our luggage transfers. Nearby a 7-11 is 24h. Love the sink layout as it has plenty of space for your toiletries and does not feel cramped like some in Tokyo. I would come back and stay here instantly! Cozy mattress and pillows. Better than Hyatt!
Very, clean and very friendly staff. The bar adjacent to the check-in counter was cozy and service was outstanding. Has great food, good snacks and tasty cocktails. The beer was ice cold and refreshing. My family and I enjoyed the room service as well. Great food! Location is very convenient for transportation and nearby the nightlife. Great stay! A special shout out to the Food and Beverage Supervisor, Mr. Takuya Nakagawa, above and beyond customer service. Thank you!
Pretty good hotel. Right on the train line and clean modern rooms. They have an onsen on site which is a nice perk. We were disappointed the AC only allowed a low temp of 20 degrees. We need the room colder at night to get a good sleep. Otherwise, a reasonable rate and would recommend overall if you don’t mind sleeping in a warm room.
