Courtyard by Marriott Oxford City Centre

Had a wonderful stay during our visit to Oxford back in April. The location of the hotel is really convenient and within walking distance from the train station to the shops and university. Upon arrival, staff were really professional and friendly providing a quick and smooth check-in and recommendations for local shopping and dining. The main reason for my review is for the exceptional service from all the staff and managers we encountered. They were all very helpful throughout the entire time, even prior to arrival. I had a baby equipment rental that the staff helped me coordinate and collectively, they were all instrumental in ensuring that the process went seamlessly. This really helped our trip go smoothly with our toddlers. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

I had a great day at this hotel. Quiet, peaceful, yet right by the city center. Less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. Modern, clean, air conditioning. Front desk staff very kind and accommodating. I love being by the river for a morning run. Would definitely return and would send a friend.

Lovely hotel and great central location Buses very near take you many places. Fares reasonable.. Only issue there is no parking at hotel so needed to use "park and ride"..which is a good distance from hotel.. It runs very well and is inexpensive..but just alittle worrying leaving vehicle so far away.. You may find a spot in the centre of Oxford but not easy and lots of "bus" only roads and one way scheme.. The "city" tour bus is very informative and great value...especially if like me you have trouble walking.. Would go back again..Oxford is lovely place..
