It is a pity it is so far out of town and there is limited outside space. That said, the staff are lovely and the rooms are very nice. Great food too! We had the added surprise benefit of a Take That tribute group who were very entertaining! Decor is a little tired.... but still a good place to stay
Having stayed in this hotel for 4-5 weeks in total over the past 2 years, we have found this hotel excellent in terms of food, services and cleanliness. Rooms and restaurants are cozy and clean. Crew are friendly and welcoming particularly Kamila, Eric, Perry and Camel. They are highly proactive, efficient and are always willing to help further. Btw, I miss the pancake machine which haven’t shown up for a long time at the breakfast session. Hope it’s still fine :)
Recently stayed here for 2 nights and from the receptionists to the bar staff, all of them, I could not fault the professionalism, politeness and how friendly they all were. Even all the youngsters waiting at dinner and breakfast, could not fault a thing. Expertly run
