Courtyard by Marriott Palm Desert

Room and property are just as the advertised photos. Stayed here for a night, and the room was cozy. In the room, we had our own refrigerator, and if we need the microwave, there's one by the front desk at the mini convenience store. There's also free water and coffee by the lobby. The bathroom was clean. The only issue was that all three bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were empty. The front desk was quick to respond and sent us some replacements. They have a breakfast area, and service was fast. It's perfect for those who need something quick without going out of the hotel to get breakfast items. Parking was free. Just be careful of the wind.

The only highlight of this hotel is the man at the front desk, I believe his name was Kyle and he was great. Our room was disgusting, the pool was gross, our shoes stuck to the floor in the elevator. The bathtub needs to be replaced it dipped in the middle so bad water pooled in the middle of it, not to mention the mold all over it. Whoever does the house keeping here needs to be fired. There were pen marks on my pillowcase. The entire place needs a deep clean. Very disappointed will not return and do NOT recommend.

Disappointed. Hot tub was cold. The pool was dirty. The hallways and elevators need attention. The room was clean upon arrival but we had to grab cups from the lobby and restock ourselves. There was no housekeeping services during the stay. Overall, I would not stay here and do not recommend.
