Great location for a large family traveling together. After jampacked days of exploring Panama, having the mall right there for an easy dinner was great with lots of food options. Rooms were a bit outdated and worn, but it was all very clean. Responsive front desk, restaurant, facilities and housekeeping staff. Excellent breakfast with fruits, drinks, warm dishes, breads, meats and cereals.
Another great stay. Enjoyed the room upgrade. The breakfast restaurant had gotten a complete remodel. Good hot and cold breakfast choices. The hotel rooms and air conditioning are always quiet and have plenty of hot water and washcloths. And the location right next to Multiplazq is great, especially to catch a movie. Our go to hotel in the city.
My review is different. Yes, the room was great and the location next to the mall was amazing. But my experience was on another level. I stayed there 2 nights before my 1-week tour started. The second day into my tour, a good 2 days into the interior, I realized I had left my travel money in the safe in my room at the Marriot Multiplaza! I panicked. It was several hundred dollars! The tour guide called the hotel and they said my money would be there for me to pick up when I got back to the city 7 days later. It was. Still sealed in the bank envelopes in the haphazard way I had put it. There are not enough words for me to tell how wonderful the staff is. Honest, efficient, friendly and wonderful are the best I can do. Thank you Multiplaza Marriot.
