what Hotel🤗. Clean and calm. I love the view of the soccer field from my window. Great customer service and friendly. I’m leaving soon but honestly I feel like staying. I you were to stay at Creteil I’m urging you to come here. Salute 🫡 to my front guest guy Ryan.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was pretty comfortable and made for a relaxing visit. One of the best things about this hotel is the location — it’s literally right next to the train station, which made getting around super convenient. The area itself is also really nice if you’re looking to get away from the busyness of central Paris. There’s a lake nearby that made for a pleasant walk, and overall it felt like a calm, refreshing change of environment. A few downsides: service was on the slow side. It took a while to get extra towels, which I needed because of the bathroom setup. It’s that typical French-style shower where the door doesn’t fully close, so the floor can get pretty wet if you're not strategic about it. Also, I wish the gym was open 24/7 — that would’ve made the stay even better. That said, I still enjoyed my time here and would consider coming back.

Stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and wished the A/C worked and would stay on. We visited France during a hot week and it was uncomfortable at night as we had to open the window to get some air into the room, and it was noisy outside as the street seems to be a popular hang out place. Room service is not consistent. Although we got room service every day, some days we got 2 wash cloths, some days 1. Parking is tricky as parking entrance is right next to the loading dock, and the entrance was blocked a few days during our stay, no matter what time of the day it was. Breakfast buffet was a great start to our day and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We also had dinner once at Kitchen & Bar and food was delicious.
