I recently attended an event at the Courtyard Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The venue was clean, well-organized, and had a warm, welcoming ambiance. One of the standout aspects of the event was the food — it was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. There was a good variety of options, and everything was served at the right temperature. The staff was attentive and courteous, making sure guests were comfortable throughout the event. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would definitely consider Courtyard Hotel again for future events.
Great hotel to stay at when you want to visit the Old Town and headed to Phi Phi. Facilities were new, lots of great shops and Michelin restaurants nearby. Nice area to stay for a more authentic experience. Good onsite restaurants and overall great service. Even the housekeeping was a gem as I tossed my stuff all over and they neatly arranged everything and left cute notes. Loved my stay and it was unexpected for a Courtyard.
Just checked out after a 6-night stay with my family and had an awesome time at Courtyard Phuket Old Town. As a Platinum member, I was upgraded to a Family Corner Room on the 8th floor, which was super spacious and comfy. Everything from check-in to room service and breakfast was smooth and pleasant. The staff were all lovely—really friendly and always smiling, which made us feel so welcome. The location is great too—right near Phuket Old Town, and there are tons of local food and dessert spots within a short walk (like 5–8 minutes). It’s also nice and quiet at night, which we appreciated. Definitely feels more peaceful than staying in Patong. We came from Australia with a little one and weren’t too fussed about beach stuff or the party scene, so this spot was perfect for us. If you’re looking for somewhere chill and family-friendly while still being close to good food and culture, I’d totally recommend staying here.
