Hasan Tarak from the room service team was amazing. He made sure my room was always super clean and that I had everything I needed during my stay. He was so helpful and professional. Honestly, my whole experience at the hotel was great — the room was comfortable, the restaurant was lovely, and the location was perfect. Even the security guards were always smiling and friendly. The hospitality really stood out, and I’ll definitely be coming back 👍🏻
Our stay was amazing! We came as a family with children from Bahrain and every single staff member was so helpful and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and Breakfast was great. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.
I have been here many times. Be careful with the laundry guys, they charge you more than what you may pay in the most expensive hotels in the world. On top of that, you need to check the invoice since they will charge even more than what the invoice says. This is my last time here!
