Very nice hotel, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. From check-in to check-out this was a great place to stay. About a 5 minute walk to the local train stations where you can get a train to go to the center of Rome. The restaurant Moscati, was outstanding. Very reasonable price and the food was amazing. We ate there 3 or 4 times, and every meal was great. We had a nice size room, kept extremely clean, the entire hotel was spotless. Great view from the room, overlooking the park. The hotel will also setup transportation to the Rome airport, which was about $85.
Great location near the train station. Staff were very friendly, and spoke English well. We stayed three nights in May 2025, and enjoyed them very much. We had an issue with our A/C on the final night in the hotel; the staff promptly attempted repairs and when that failed gave us another room. The process was smooth, and it felt like the staff cared about our comfort and enjoyment of the property. Great experience, no complaints!
Large, spacious and quiet hotel. Rooms are comfortable. Staff is well trained in customer service. Restaurant is in the hotel. The food is very good. Gift shop in the lobby. Taxis are available. Close to the Vatican and city center. A good place to stay in Rome.
