Courtyard by Marriott Sacramento Cal Expo

Rooms are little small,but clean and staff is helpful. Location is convenient if you need to be in vicinity of that area.I had to be at competition less than mile away,so it was very convenient, but if you are visiting downtown I would go closer to downtown because of traffic so you won't have to drive.

For the price of this room it would be expected to have a comfortable bed and nice bedding. The bed was awful, like sleeping on the ground, little to no sheets or bedding, and the shower was lukewarm. Definitely do not recommend this hotel and I’m sad we spend almost $200 dollars for one night

My party was unable to check in at 3pm as we were told they overbooked the night before and had no clean rooms available. Staff said they didnt know how long it would take to get us into a room. Meanwhile, the event I was in town for had already begun. 45 mins later we were told a room was ready and our parking fee would be waived. Great! Room was decent and close to cal expo. The next day we checked out and later that afternoon my card was charged for the parking fee. Wasnt even worth arguing about. Very poor customer service!! Later received response from hotel staff saying I was in fact checked in at 3:09pm. This is incorrect. The front desk knew I was waiting in the lobby but I was not provided with a room at that time. Multiple party's were waiting.
