5 stars – Exceptional Service That Went Above and Beyond I rarely leave reviews, but this experience truly deserves one. The service at this hotel was outstanding — warm, genuine, and thoughtful in a way that caught me by surprise. Victor, in particular, was exceptional. He wasn’t just helpful — he went out of his way to understand everyone’s individual travel plans and did everything he could to tailor accommodations to suit each guest’s needs. I was honestly overwhelmed (in the best way) by how kind and proactive he was. It reminded me how good service can be when people truly care. On top of that, they surprised me with small gestures and courtesies that made the stay feel personal and memorable. Highly recommend staying here if you appreciate not just comfort, but real hospitality. Thank you to the entire team — and especially Victor — for making my stay so special!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. They fit our party of 6 in on 24 hours notice after a competitor cancelled our reservation, and honestly, I'm glad now that happened. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The food was very good in the restaurant. The drinks included fresh cut mint from their garden. Service was a bit slow, but it was quite busy and we were there during off peak time. The lady at the front desk, Valentina, was a highlight for us. She was kind and efficient at check in and out of nowhere started performing magic tricks for my young daughters. After 24 hours of travel, seeing their faces light up was such a blessing. We will be staying here again for sure.

Great place to stay for an overnight near the airport. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds were adequate and the walk in shower was nice. Despite comments to the contrary, I thought the breakfast was fine. It’s a little difficult to figure out how to drive in the hotel. There is a fence that surrounds the entire property. So just pull up to the gate and the guard will open it. A sign might be helpful. I had no problem using the shuttle service to the airport. I will say that the walls were extremely thin. We could completely hear the conversation next door. Luckily, they went to bed early. I will stay here again, because it is so convenient. I would not stay here to visit Santiago. It’s too far from the city.
