Courtyard by Marriott Sarajevo

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. The amenities provided were useful, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

The location of the hotel is perfect with views to river, city and mountains. The breakfast was wonderful and has vegetarian options. Check-in was easy and quick. Entire facility is well maintained. The sky lounge is a perfect place to hangout in the evening enjoying the beautiful sunset. They surprised us with birthday cheesecakes! In the room the both room floor was getting wet while taking bath, can be improved by putting a sliding door at the bath cabin. A bidet for the WC would be good for asian guests.

Rooms/beds are comfortable. Parking lot underground for 20 euro a night. Metered parking out front is free on Sundays (also after 7pm) or 2 Bosnian mark per hour otherwise. The Residence Inn is much nicer/newer, includes breakfast with your stay, has a washer/dryer, and is closer to old town. Staff here also a bit cold and snobby. Fine for a short stay, but for anything more than 1 night I would stay at the Residence Inn.
