Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Times Square

Amazing customer service at this location. Wife and I landed early in Korea and weren't able to check in as it was way too early and no rooms were available yet. The staff offered to keep our luggage there so we could explore the area and since we didn't have a korean phone number they contacted us through the Marriott app to let us know our room was ready an hour later! Our room was clean and modern, shower had great water pressure, and a new bidet toilet too! This hotel is connected to a big shopping mall with many luxury brands and is surrounded by some great restaurants. Our stay included the buffet breakfast in the morning which had some great local food options, and some other delicious offerings.

Our Go-To Hotel in Seoul - Never Disappoints! This hotel has become our family’s home away from home whenever we visit Korea. We’ve stayed here multiple times over the years, and each visit reinforces why we keep coming back. Perfect Location: The hotel’s location is absolutely unbeatable - directly connected to Times Square mall and Yeouido department stores. You literally step out of the hotel and you’re surrounded by incredible shopping and dining options. It’s so convenient, especially when traveling with family. Comfortable Accommodations: The hotel facilities are consistently well-maintained and comfortable. Our rooms are always impeccably clean and well-organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere after long days of exploring Seoul. Outstanding Service: What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional staff. They consistently provide warm, personalized service and remember returning guests, which makes us feel genuinely welcomed. During our recent stay, I want to give special recognition to Tiffany Jang at the front desk, who went above and beyond to take care of my family and children. Her kindness and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable and elevated our entire experience. Excellent Concierge Service: I also want to express my gratitude to the concierge team who consistently helped with our luggage storage needs throughout our multiple-night stay. Their reliable and friendly assistance made our logistics so much smoother. This hotel continues to exceed our expectations with its combination of prime location, quality facilities, and most importantly, genuinely caring staff. We absolutely plan to return on our next visit to Seoul. Highly recommended for families and repeat visitors to Seoul!

I stay here very frequently. Staff always remember me and haven't had much turnover in the last 3 years. Very convenient to KTX, Han Gang River to go cycling or running, mall and variety of places to eat. Don't need to go outside as it's connected to the subway too.
