Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Central

Had a great stay at the Courtyard Shanghai Central! The location is fantastic — surrounded by plenty of restaurants all within walking distance. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety of both continental and Chinese options, which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel staff is the best. Kudos to the night reception staff. I got scammed out of 3k RMB and the night staff helped me get it back. Can you actually believe that i got my moey back and this would not have happened without help of the night reception staff. Now talking about hotel. Great area, absolutely stunning. Rooms are niceee.. smell nice. Cleanliness is top level. Gym is fine (could be better). The breakfast is almost the same every day. Just a recommendation, add eggs benny or florentine to egg station. Overall a very very amazing hotel to stay at. 100% recommended

The hotel room is overall clean and maintained, slightly outdated though. The beds are notably soft and seem worn, which may lead to some back discomfort. The hotel offers a limited pillow selection, which is appreciated, but a wider variety would enhance comfort. The breakfast is diverse and plentiful. Staff members are also helpful. While it's a bit far from the city center, the proximity to a subway station making it kind of accessible. Overall, a somewhat decent choice.
