I recently spent a week at the Courtyard Shenzhen Marriott for a business trip and had an excellent experience. The staff was exceptionally professional and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities—especially the breakfast—were top-notch. The location was also convenient for accessing local offices and transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Shenzhen for business

Clean and comfortable. Lovely service - I had an early morning flight which meant I had to miss breakfast, so the hotel prepared some breakfast for me to takeaway 💕 Food in the Executive lounge was also great.

We always choose to stay with Marriott Bonvoy because of the consistent quality and service, and Courtyard Marriott Shenzhen Bao’an is generally clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast experience at The Pavilion fell short of expectations. Over two days: • The porridge was served cold both times—no one enjoys starting the day with a cold bowl of porridge. • No tea selection, just a pot of lukewarm black tea. • Several chefs were loudly chatting at the station, and some staff were on their phones. It felt like there were more staff than guests, but still not much attentiveness. • Breakfast ended 5 minutes early, and staff began clearing food quite noisily. This isn’t what we expect from a Marriott property. Hope management takes note, because small service issues can really impact the overall guest experience.
