This hotel is perfectly located, right next to the main Shin-Osaka station. It is not noisy and you do not hear traffic or trains at night. The staff are incredibly helpful, which is great. The rooms are well-sized, which is useful if travelling with a lot of luggage. The breakfast has a wide variety of options, with some dishes made to order. The hotel also offers a luggage transportation service, which is reasonably priced and convenient. I would stay at this hotel again.
Nice hotel. The rooms are a bit dated but clean. Carpet could have done with a cleaning or replacement but that’s usual in most hotels. Decent fitness centre with treadmills and weights but bizarrely no toilet available on the basement floor. Breakfasts were good but a little on the expensive side. Then again this is more of a business than holiday hotel, we booked here because of our affiliation to Marriott quality. View from our window wasn’t great but then again we were out most of the time. Conveniently located close to the station and easy to get to the subway which made our travelling and sight seeing easy. On the downside we travel in a light a relaxed manner usually wearing jeans and t shirts. When paying for our breakfasts last night the on duty man looked us up and down a bit of like we didn’t belong. And then made us pay immediately instead of putting them on our bill. That spoilt what was otherwise a great experience, the other staff members went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one.
This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Starting off, first impression was not good. When I came into this room, it smelled of mustard and cheap furniture. However, the room isn’t the worst part- the bathroom is. I went into the bathroom and I immediately felt uncomfortable. The shower is only half covered, allowing all the water to get into your clothes, makeup, skincare, and whatever you brought. I also think this place doesn’t renew their bed sheets.
