A PERFECT CELEBRATION – UNFORGETTABLE HOSPITALITY & DELICIOUS FOOD! We recently celebrated my mother’s birthday at Courtyard by Marriott, Siliguri, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and attentiveness. The staff made every detail feel personal — from the beautiful setup to the thoughtful gestures throughout the evening. The hospitality was exceptional — gracious, efficient, and sincerely kind. Not once did we feel like guests; we felt like cherished family. And the food? Absolutely divine. Every dish was perfectly prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The variety catered to all tastes, and everything was served with impeccable timing. My mother felt truly celebrated, and I left with a full heart. Absolutely blown away by the hotel staff's exceptional service! From check-in to check-out, every interaction was warm, welcoming, and attentive. I’ve got mixed feelings about this place. The people were really sweet and welcoming. The food was good too. However, it almost feels as if the hotel was planned on a top down basis where they focus on the five star aspects more than the basics. Eg. our hotel room was brilliant and the room service was amazing, but the fridge was empty and there wasn’t any toothpaste/brush in the bathroom (blow dryer broken too). I’m sure that if I asked room service they would’ve provided it right away, but I already knew the service was great. It’s just the amenities need to be retouched with the basics such as essential toiletries and drinks/snacks you’ll find in your room at other hotels of a similar caliber.
