We had a good staycation here. We were treated with great hospitality starting from the reception(Deepika) to the security personnel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was great and the staff kept ensuring we had a good time. We had one of the softest and yummiest waffles here. But there's just one feedback- I wish they served baby food but here they just had milk in case of a necessity.

Courtyard by Marriott, Surat – A Fantastic Experience My stay at the Courtyard by Marriott, Surat was truly excellent! The entire staff provided wonderful service and genuinely cared for our comfort. A special shout-out to Vanshika and Kripa for their outstanding and attentive service during the morning breakfast – they made each day start perfectly. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and welcoming experience!

Among all the Marriott hotel I stayed , this Marriott has the worse service. Towels and tooth brush takes 4 reminders and 1:30 hrs to reach room. And if you are not dress well you are not attended well and ignored. Even if you are member. Cutlery will take 3 reminders and untill food gets cold you ll get cutlery. So don’t expect quick service or cutlery in 30 min also. Food are priced very high. Mariott Dumas road is better than this Mariott in Surat. Manager do not have attitude of being manager , staff are polite in Mariott Dumas road and helpful. (Adding picture of how I had food , while cutlery was delayed by an hour or so and food was cold ) Everything matters on service when it comes to hospitality sector.
