Amazing experience at this hotel! I was working in Suzhou and I needed help getting around. Henry was great and handled all our travel needs! He was available any time via WeChat and ensured we always had a ride when we needed. After a long day of work it was refreshing to see the smiling faces of the staff at the Marriott Suzhou. The breakfast is very good as well and the gym is the best I have seen at a hotel!
Always a great stay at the Courtyard. The staff (especially Harold) always go above and beyond expectations to make sure you are satisfied. Also their breakfast is one of the best for travellers.
Checked in on 7-10 Oct, nice and clean hotel room. I am here to give a thumb up to the hotel manager Mr Robin Zhao for his efficient and great customer service to the hotel guest. I left my trousers upon checking out. Mr Robin dropped me an email to inform, they help to keep my trousers until I managed to get a local mail address, they helped me to post to the address. Now I am able to get back my trousers which have a sentimental value to me. Thank you again to Mr Robin and his team!!
