Enjoyed my 2-night stay at Courtyard Taipei Downtown. I was able to book a room at a high floor with a view of Taipei 101. The room was impeccable and very spacious. My room had a king size bed and a bath tub. Service was great as well. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely consider starting at this hotel again in the future.
We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard. Room were clean, location was easily accessible and service WOW standard. We requested for extra room service and were promptly greeted by room service robot. But most importantly I would like to thank the staff for finding my ring which meant a lot to me! Will definitely come back to stay again.
Overall a neat and well maintained hotel but it's far away from shopping and tourist attractions. More suitable for business stays. The room is neat with good storage space but lacks character for a family or personal stay. We did not use the buffet breakfast but tried the breakfast at the Lounge. It has very limited options and the food was disappointing. The reception is also a bit slow and lack warmth. They do not have a swimming pool.
