Rating: ★★★★☆ (4.5/5) We visited Courtyard by Marriott, Trichy for a team dinner on 18th May 2025, and the experience was truly memorable! 🌟 Ambience & Cleanliness: The atmosphere was simply speechless – peaceful, classy, and very welcoming. The entire place was spotless, and I must especially mention the washrooms – 200% world-class cleanliness! The property was well-maintained, and the parking facility was spacious. 👥 Staff & Service: The staff were extremely polite, supportive, and always greeted us with a smile. Their behaviour was commendable – giving them a solid 4 out of 5 stars. 🍽️ Food: Every dish we tried was of high quality and prepared with a focus on health and taste. The food was delicious, and the presentation was great. However, the cocktails were a bit disappointing – lacking both the expected flavor and the "kick". 💸 Pricing: The only downside was the price. It was very expensive, even beyond what an upper-middle-class group would typically expect. We knew it would be costly, but we hoped for something extra – maybe a complimentary item or a unique experience, which was missing. ✅ Overall Verdict: Despite the pricing, we enjoyed the food and the exceptional ambience. Excellent service by the staff here. Their breakfast buffet was fantastic and had good options. The chef helped us with baby food for our 7 month old infant. This is undoubtedly the best place to stay in Trichy!

I spent five nights at the Courtyard by Marriott in Tiruchirappalli and was thoroughly satisfied. The hotel offers a high standard with very comfortable, modern, and spotlessly clean rooms. You feel at ease right away. I would especially like to highlight the restaurant. The breakfast is extremely rich and varied, offering a wide selection of international and regional specialties. The service at breakfast is excellent – the staff is always attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The dinner buffet also leaves nothing to be desired: it is diverse, freshly prepared, and of high quality. In addition, the à la carte menu offers a good selection of international dishes, which are also very well prepared. The staff throughout the hotel is exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. All in all, a thoroughly pleasant stay – I would be happy to return!
