Courtyard by Marriott Tokyo Ginza Hotel

Very nice hotel with super friendly staff. The rooms were clean, the beds were really comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Tokyo and close to multiple train lines. There are several nice restaurants and even a great ramen spot right in the hotel, which can be super convenient after a long day. Plus, you’re surrounded by tons of shopping and dining options, including a few vegan restaurants and a vegan bakery—perfect if you have dietary restrictions like we do. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Amazing stay at Courtyard Tokyo Ginza! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Ginza with easy access to everything. Our rooms were new, spotless, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the incredible staff, everyone was so friendly, helpful, and fluent in English, which made things super easy. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I received a complimentary room upgrade and breakfast. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, my kids and I absolutely loved it, with so many options that were great for families. Before our trip, I let the hotel know we were traveling with kids and booked two rooms. They were so accommodating and arranged both rooms on the same floor, which I really appreciated. Just a note: connecting rooms are only available with two twin beds, but it still worked out fine for us. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re visiting Tokyo with kids. We’ll definitely be back!

Stayed at Courtyard Tokyo Ginza and had a pleasant experience overall. Reception & Service: The front desk staff were courteous and professional. There was a slight delay during check-in as the room wasn’t ready by 3pm, but they handled it well and offered us a late check-out as compensation — a thoughtful gesture. Room: Typical of Marriott standards — clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. However, the room felt a bit smaller than expected, especially if you're traveling with more luggage or as a couple. Location: Absolutely spot-on. Located right in the heart of the city, it’s close to public transport station and the airport limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel — super convenient for travelers. Would definitely consider staying here again for the great location and solid service.
