photos of the hotel looked quite different from what we experienced upon arrival. The actual spaces were smaller than expected, and the layout did not fully match the pictures. Cleanliness could be improved, as the bathroom was rather small and not as clean as we had hoped. The breakfast was acceptable with a decent variety. I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Sameh for his excellent attention to detail and professionalism — he truly did his best to make guests feel comfortable.
