Courtyard by Marriott Zurich North

We had a good stay at this hotel and appreciated that the rooms were clean, comfortable, and are equipped to sleep 3 people which is very uncommon in Europe. It is an easy 5 min walk from the Zürich Oerlikon station, which is about 5 min from the main station and 5 min to the airport. We had very positive interactions with the reception staff. Check-in was quick and smooth, and on our last afternoon, the front desk person, whose name we unfortunately don’t remember, went out of his way to help us when we made an honest mistake on the train and received an enormous (they all are) fine. He told us exactly what we needed to do to take care of it and it worked. We will definitely choose to stay here again.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. Lily and Matija were very helpful from day 1. Rooms were cleaned daily and basic amenities were refilled. There is no storage for your suitcases- so floor cleaning was not up to the mark. The location is very convenient for any mode of transport. It was a pleasant stay.

The Hotel is Average location wise and food quality not upto the mark. The Breakfast had very limited options and without any chicken or veg options. Not even live counter for omelet which just basic. Pastries/sweet also very limited not good quality. Lot of flies and mosquitoes in the dinning and in reception area. Cleaningness is also a issue Marriott hotel should take of these things and at least the basic is important from international chain.
