Absolutely LOVED staying here!!! We stayed in an Ocean View Suite and the view was stunning! Very comfortable accommodation and the staff were wonderful!!! Also enjoyed the delicious breakfast. There were so many options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel. :)
This place is nice no matter what view you have, friendly people. The service is very good and the food is delicious and the variety's to choose from mouth watering
No porter to help with bags at check in. Booked 2 rooms on my name but was forced to produce a second ID. Checked in at 23:00, get to our rooms and the air conditioner in 1 room does not work & is clearly broken. This is during July winter and an additional cold front in the country. Reception staff cannot repair the aircon or provide a fan heater for the room. I own a Guesthouse and we usually provide plug in heaters if aircons cannot be repaired immediately. Mind you, this is supposedly a 4 star hotel.
