Nice hotel, especially for the airport users. Staff super friendly, maybe perhaps a bit too over enthusiastic at times. I’m one of those who likes to take their own bags and have them with me but the porter was a bit too insistent. A tip for people who use this hotel to/from the airport, it’s really easy to walk from the airport but there’s no signs to help you. A quick search showed a 5 minute video which I followed. At the time of the visit (March 2025) they were renovating.
We stayed here because we have a dog and it’s pet friendly, but it was great for many other reasons. The food in the restaurant was amazing! Also we ordered room service at night and somehow we received the wrong type of sandwich, but they replaced it with a burger and gave us a free slice of chocolate cake for the confusion. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Amazing service and a beautiful hotel literally connected to the airport which is super convenient as well.
Last night of my trip and the hotel is in perfect location to the airport. They offered reliable transportation with friendly and courteous staff! Food was tasty and even though they made a mistake in my food. They quickly fixed it!! Flan is a must try!!
