The staff was excellent. They helped with tour suggestions, maps, etc. Great breakfast included. Very nice rooms. Hotel is very bright and clean. Restaurant has great food and reasonable prices. The bar is well stocked and the bartender knowledgeable. Majority of staff spoke English well. The hotel is within walking distance of Kremlin/Red Square and metro. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, well decorated and match the Marriott standards. The staff is very polite, courteous, prompt and helpful. The breakfast is amazing as you get several options including live cooking. The hotel is located in a very good locality and pretty close to Kremlin too. The room service is also pretty good. They have got a bar at the ground floor.

50% of the personnel was polite and helpful ( many thanks them) and another 50% - unfortunately no. The thing which also disturbed is was a hotel card. If you need to go upstairs on the elevator you have paste it in the card reader, not just to attach. Sometimes it just didn't work. Concerning the rooms... We lived in the room for 3 people and one extra bed was very very uncomfortable. Another possible is impossibility to open the window in the room. Of course, there was some ventilation equipment but it worked not so good and noisy. Standard basic cosmetics was available, and also hair dryer was there but it was extremely weak. Everybody was drying hair approximately 45-60 min. The big advantage was breakfast, it was really tasty.
