I have been staying for 2 months, and it was very nice staying. The room is comfortable, we can use a cowork-spaces, gym and laundry machines, and easy to access to the station. And I would like to say the most wonderful thing is that pain au chocolat and croissant are very delicious ! A staff named Chaynesse makes tasty breakfast everyday, I appreciate your hospitality.🥐
The heating in the room was not working, and even after multiple requests in reception was still not working for 3 nights, last night I got a fan heater. Room lights are all independet and no single On/OFF at the entrance. Only 2 hangers for clothes, I had to ask more and bring them myself. No room phone to call reception. Breakfast is very limited but the croissants were nice and fresh. The lobby area is good but no reastaurant nor bar service.
Ryan (the guy at the reception ) was the only good part! Then his manager made me paid 15 euro for a lost key. I m ok to pay.. not to get robbed. Breakfast for 12 euro? A joke!! Not worried at all. Ah if you take the hotel you need to get a car since it’s far away from everything .. so I had to pay 2 euros for a small bottle of water. 🃏🤡 Summary? Never again
