Exactly what I was looking for. Traveled with my family two kids 8&5. The pool was great we could do our thing without imposing on others in the water. The beach was majestic. Reef life right there, my 5 yo was able to see so much from their beach. Nightly entertainment was a huge plus. The staff had our preferred drinks memorized. My 8 yo says “the beds are really comfy”. It was walkable to town and true culture experience. We will definitely stay here next time!!
My husband and I took our first trip to Cozumel end of June, first week of July, 2025, and everything was perfection! The hotel, the staff, the amenities, the food, the service… Did I mention the activities staff and entertainment?? The water is crystal clear, perfect for snorkeling and diving and this hotel has everything you need! Everything was next level! We met people who have been coming here every year for years and we can see why. This hotel is unbelievably maintained. You don’t even have to cross a street, there is a gorgeous underground walkway! Go! Go! Go!
The food is edible. The hotel itself is filthy. Disgusting bathrooms. It’s cheap I guess. No real beach and you have to cross the street. LOUD karaoke by the pool late into the night. A nightmare.
