HIGHLY RECCOMEND! We had an amazing experience at the Cozy Villa Boutique in Siem Reap. The 8 individual rooms, large pool, kitchen, and common spaces was perfect for the party we had. We stayed 6 days and here are some reasons why you should consider this location if you're traveling to Siem Reap, Cambodia. 1: Excellent customer service: Eath and the other staff were amazing. They were fast to respond to our inquiries in person and online. Everyone we encountered were hospitable and gracious. One of the best customer service we've experienced. 2: Centralized location: Cozy Villa was very close to all the things we wanted to do including Angkor Wat, Pub Street, and local eatery. There are some charming cafes walking distance including one right around the corner. We felt safe walking and found some great places to eat within blocks! There's even a gym 15mins walking distance away. Highly recommend this lodging if you're looking for a place close to local attractions in Siem Reap. 3: Clean rooms, great pool, and outstanding common spaces: Cozy Villa comes equipped with a full kitchen (Fridge, freezer, stove, cookware, a BBQ Pit). This was terrific for us because of our big party. We didn't have to go out all the time for meals which really helped with savings. All rooms came with an air conditioning unit. The kids favorite thing to do was the POOL! Everyone from the youngest in our group to the oldest enjoyed taking a dip in the pool. 4: Affordable pricing: The price we paid for 6 days cannot be beat anywhere. We had the WHOLE VILLA to ourselves! We even extended it for an extra day because we had an unanticipated special event. Because we booked the Villa months in advance, we paid less than $300 for all 8 rooms per night. This truly cannot be beat given the customer service, location, and accommodation. Some CONS: Parking: With our big party and multiple vehicles, we didn't have enough space onsite to park our cars. Luckily Eath had provided recommendations on parking- most of us parked across the ally from the villa for less than $5 USD/ Night. Critters: There will be the occasional cricket and toad in your room but that's part of the immersive Cambodia experience. :) We weren't bothered by it but for those who are bothered by that, we recommend buying bug lights you can plug in directly into the wall outlets. ADA Accessibility: wheelchair accessibility is somewhat challenging as there are a couple of steps to climb to access different parts of the villa. Once the couple of steps is clear, the pathways in common areas are wide and the rooms were spacious enough for a wheelchair.

Had an amazing stay here. The location is perfect, and the grounds are beautiful. Its a lush oasis close to all the main attractions but very quiet at night. We rented the private pool villa for 15 people. The rooms were large and had A/C. The use of the large kitchen and bbq were perfect for our large group. The private pool which was cleaned daily was beautiful. There are several coffee shops less than 1 min walk from the cozy villa for breakfast and coffee. I have nothing but praise for the cozy villa and for the manager and staff that work there. There were extremely professional respecting our privacy but willing to assist if we needed them.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, not to far away from the town centre but the perfect distance to close out the loud noise you would generally find around that area. The rooms were amazing with great baths and showers as well as strong WiFi which is generally hard to find. The hotel is nice and quiet with a very relaxed atmosphere, Great breakfast and the hosts could not be more helpful with anything you need, from simply arranging travel for you to planning tours to the temples or anything you wish to see. Couldn't recommend more.
