Cozy Resort A Boutique Hotel

Excellent resort with good staff. Good food and worth cmng every year. Special thanks to Himanshu for taking care of us and telling us places to explore. Highly recommended and would like to come again. Cheers :)

The room is not particularly clean, with visible dust. It lacks a balcony, which is a significant drawback. The staff’s attitude is indifferent. One day, they failed to clean the room because the key in charge was absent, which was a rather weak excuse. On our last day, they also neglected to provide basic amenities like water, which we had to obtain from the front office. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. For those on a budget, it may still be acceptable, but you might want to consider other options.

I stayed at this hotel and found that the hallway area was very dirty and run-down. Upon entering the room, I saw many long strands of women’s hair, which was extremely disturbing. In the toilet, there was a used condom that hadn’t been flushed. The air conditioner in room 303 was very loud. Although a staff member came to fix it, it only got slightly better but was still noisy. The room had a musty smell, and there was a thick layer of dust on the headboard. The breakfast consisted entirely of Indian food with very limited options. This hotel is not suitable for those looking to relax — it’s more suited for a short overnight stay. In my opinion, the hotel has potential to look much better, but it likely suffers from poor management with no real understanding of hotel operations. A place in this condition should have been renovated long ago. The photos on Agoda look beautiful and brand new, but the reality is more like an abandoned hotel.
