Cozy Savvy Hoi An The Quintessence of Exquisite Retreat

Staying at Cozy Savvy Hoi An truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the room, I felt like I was really on vacation — the bed was incredibly comfortable, the colors and design were soothing and elegant, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet — such a wide and satisfying selection of food to choose from every morning! It really gave me the energy to explore the beautiful town of Hoi An. What made the experience even better was the friendly receptionist, who was not only warm and welcoming but also gave me amazing recommendations on what to do and where to go. Their local tips made my trip extra memorable! Thanks to Hannah and her other co workers for being so nice. If I had to point out anything, the gym and pool area could use a bit of improvement in terms of space or equipment, but overall, it didn’t take away from the amazing experience.

A comfortable and relaxing hotel close to Old Town Hoi An. We had a very enjoyable stay at Cozy Savvy. Rooms are immaculate with very comfortable beds. Staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful, in particular Tracy, who was especially helpful with arranging trips to My Son and Hué as well as airport transfers. There’s a great choice of options for breakfast to suit all tastes, with eggs cooked to order. The spa is excellent value for money and the rooftop pool area, while small is a great place to cool off. The Old Town of Hoi An is about 10 minutes walk away and the hotel has bicycles you can borrow if you’re feeling brave enough to weave through the traffic in town. Staff were really good with recommendations for places to eat as locals for a more authentic eating experience in town. An excellent base to explore Hoi An and its surroundings - we’d definitely recommend it.

My girlfriend and I had such a great time here. The place was super clean, really peaceful, and in the perfect spot, close to everything we needed. They even had free bikes which made it so easy (and fun) to get around. The staff were all lovely, but a special shoutout to Cindy who welcomed us when we first arrived. She was so friendly and helpful, and took the time to tell us about the best places to eat, things to do, and activities to check out. She honestly made our whole trip feel extra special and checked in throughout to make sure we were okay. Can’t recommend this place enough. We felt really looked after the whole time, such an amazing stay!
