This is a wonderful hotel with the best location—close to everything! The service and amenities were great, but I was surprised that complimentary bottled water wasn’t provided in the room. During my recent trip to China, I stayed in hotels across three different cities, ranging from 4-star to 5-star, and all of them offered complimentary water. It’s a small but appreciated convenience that would make this hotel even better. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I’d happily return!

Four stars because it’s relatively expensive as compared to other hotels in Taiwan. No complaints generally, rooms are clean and spacious enough, but layout is too simple and not effective. For instance, the big room with 3 double beds could have subdivisions to make it a one bedroom suite, so the same number of people can have privacy. But no complaints on location - walkable to xpark and Gloria so perfect for a one night stay if you hit the outlets just before flying off.

I stayed here a few times, before traveling home or when I just arrived in Taiwan. It’s a clean hotel with nice rooms. The staff is super friendly and it’s close to the airport. I would recommend this hotel if you look for a place close to the airport.
