I recently visited CPAnkara Hotel for a massage, and I was truly impressed by the quality of service! From the moment I stepped into the spa area, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming perfect for relaxing. The massage therapist was highly professional and attentive, asking about my preferences before starting. The session was both relaxing and refreshing exactly what I needed after a long week. The pressure was just right, and I could feel the stress melt away with every movement. The spa facilities are modern and well-maintained, with soothing music and a peaceful ambiance that adds to the overall experience. Even if you're not staying at the hotel, I highly recommend stopping by CPAnkara for a massage. It’s a great little escape in the heart of Ankara! 🧖‍♀️💆‍♀️ Would definitely return again.

We had a wonderful stay at CPAnkara Hotel. The location is perfect and the rooms are truly amazing – spacious, clean, and very comfortable. A special thanks to Selin and Arife for their outstanding hospitality and warm welcome. Whenever we’re in Ankara, this will definitely be our go-to place to stay!

❌ Last year September had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience at this hotel. We booked through the Hotels app. We only booked it for one night, as my boyfriend is a CEO and we frequently change hotels for area to another due to his unpredictable schedule. He made reservation for my room first, and he was planning to book his own room later after finishing some errands after his working hours. So since career is sensitive he cannot stay with me in the room for those curious. He gave me the money in cash with €117.15 + €14.05 for taxes for a one-night stay — a price that is extremely unreasonable for the quality I encountered. For a so-called 5-star hotel, it was shocking. After driving 4 hours to Ankara. To be fair, the restaurant was great and the waiters were professional and clean. 👌🏻 Check-in went smoothly. But the disappointment began the moment I reached the floor of my room. The hallway was dark, the carpet was filthy with visible stains, and the floor felt uneven as I walked. The room itself looked like it belonged to a 1-star motel. It was extremely dirty. The bathroom had black mold all over the floor corners and edges. There was a large dead mosquito smashed on the wall, and there was water leaking from the ceiling near the bathroom, dripping directly onto the already stained and filthy carpet. The bed sheets were torn and dirty, the windows were covered in dust, and the tables were cracked, unstable, and discolored. The TV looked like it was from the 1980s — completely outdated. Later, my boyfriend got off work and stopped by my room for a few minutes to check out some items I bought from the mall next door (since the hotel is connected to it). Suddenly, the room phone rang, and when I answered, the receptionist asked if I had a guest in the room. I said yes and mentioned we’d be leaving soon. He told me the guest needed to come down NOW and provide his name. I agreed and said we’d be down shortly. About 15 minutes later, the receptionist called again in a very rude and condescending tone, saying, “Come down to reception so we can talk.” He spoke to me like I was a teenager being scolded at school and I am 38 years old :) — it was completely unprofessional and disrespectful and I don’t know how they are hiring stuff like that! & I figured out many costumers complained in google reviews about them but yes NO ACTION taking 👎🏻 When I went down to reception, I met by a short, slightly overweight staff member who had absolutely no sense of customer service or basic courtesy. He spoke in a rude, aggressive manner that made the experience even worse. Overall, the stay was disgusting and disturbing, and I couldn’t even sleep properly because of how unclean and uncomfortable everything was. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I deeply regret booking it. And yes they are keep telling everybody that they will do renovations soon but they don’t 🤝🏻. Never book this place again and we stayed in Downtown Ankara and Mövenpick hotels way cleaner and more professional💗
