The host, Mr. Mark was a blessing to my family and I. He was available for any need or concerns for the home. When it came to snow removal, garbage pick-up day, needing extended stay, and etc., Mr. Mark was exceptional with making certain our stay was just "like home." Our experience, was that we were home. I recommend this cozy property to anyone. Thanks Mr. Mark!!!!
We appreciate Mark’s hospitality and great communication throughout our stay. The place is within walking distance of several businesses/restaurants, parking wasn’t an issue and the place was very clean upon arrival. He truly made our first Airbnb experience wonderful! We would definitely recommend him to everyone we know.
We stayed in the Iowa City 2 bedroom condo, very close to UIHC. The place was perfect for our very short term needs where we just needed a clean, quiet, close to UIHC place to stay. So much better than a hotel because we could prepare our own meals easily. The apartment was so clean and had all necessary amenities. The owner, Mark, was so helpful and kind even in the face of lots of last minute changes brought on by the hospital rescheduling. Thank you!
