We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beach view from our window was absolutely stunning waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset right from our room was unforgettable. One of the highlights of our stay was the indoor pool,it was a perfect option for relaxing after a day at the beach or when the weather wasn’t ideal. The pool area was well-maintained and a great bonus to the property. Overall, this hotel offered a perfect blend of comfort, scenery, and convenience. Highly recommend for couples or families looking to enjoy Hilton Head!

Amazing experience from check-in to check-out! I'm a rewards member and have the app. However, I was not able to check-in ahead due to whatever glitch with app but this did not hinder anything. The hotel did not have an odor and was clean. My room was updated and clean. I had an oceanfront room in the South Tower. No issues with plumbing nor water temperature or pressure. The food was delicious from restaurant inside and near pool and did not take long to receive food. Pool areas were clean and the towels. For excursions, ask front desk and will give card with QR code to book activities. I highly recommend the sunset cruise with 3 course meal. Overall, great resort, perfect location, safe, good food, and great service. Every staff member I encountered was a pleasure! I will definitely come back here, thank you!!

The location, the service, and the amenities were all amazing. I really enjoyed my stay here! We ate at Blue, dinner was delicious! We swam in the indoor and outdoor pool, both were warm! There was live music by the pool! I saw they have bike rentals from 9am-5pm on the first floor. Overall it was a great vacation! The only areas for improvement would be that the AC was dripping onto the tile in our room which could be a safety concern/ mold issue and that they didn’t make it easy to find the room service menu or coffee shop menu.
