Room offers plenty of space. Toilet is big while the ceiling is high. You also get a good view of the harbour. On the flip side, the property feels rundown past the ground floor concierge, the moment you step in the elevator. The room undeniably requires a major rehab and desanitization to rid it of the dusty and musty atmosphere. A wild pair of used black socks by the old curtains instantly caught our attention the instance we entered the room. The Causeway Bay Station is around 10 minutes away by foot.

The hotel is a bit tired but that’s fine. The bathroom had used contact lenses and used false eyelashes on the side which I had to throw away. I was due to stay here for 9 nights but had to leave after 2 nights. I tried to raise my concerns about the lift noise with 2 members of staff but this was not possible due to language barriers. I also emailed and did not get a response. The hotel was booked through hotels.com who were not helpful in resolving this issue which meant I had to find a different hotel which was a lot better. There was a sign in the lift that were was maintenance taking place which would explain the very loud noise of the lift which kept me up all night - it sounded like a very loud drum. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel at all. They were not helpful with trying to resolve the issue.

I stayed here only for one night however I wasn't impressed with the upkeep of the hotel, from the pictures it looks quite different. In the hotel room was an old rolled up towel against the window presumably to soak up any leak coming through and the room just felt dark and dreary. My friend also left some clothing items in the room and inside was some important documents and cash. It was accidentally left on a chair to hide important documents however when leaving we forgot it was there. When returning to the hotel the next day they claimed that they found the two t-shirts however the little bag/wallet was seemingly not found... All the money was taken and bag not returned just the two t-shirts. It was clearly our mistake for leaving something behind but I would hope in these situations for people to turn in these items however it wasn't the case.
