The location is fabulous with it being only a short bike ride to the village. The accommodations were fantastic for our family of 4. The swimming pool was a hit. They have everything you need for a great vacation: 2 complimentary bike rentals, pickleball and tennis equipment, board games, and more. What impressed me most was the hospitality of the staff. The guy spreading bark dust paused to fill my daughter's bike tire. Another staff member brought Popsicles to the pool area for the kids each day. Every interaction made me feel like they were there to make our stay the best it could be.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean and cozy. They do have room service if requested. If you run out of coffee just go to the front desk. We were in unit E2. Perfect location for us very close to the office and Clubhouse. I would stay again.
Rude front desk, ridiculous you have to pay for the ping pong/pool tables in the rec center , rec center smells like musty puke, very small pool where it was way too crowded where you couldn’t even swim. Got into my room and the couch was broken and creaking and very outdated. I will never stay here again. Completely a waste of money
