We absolutely adored our stay at this delightful hotel. It really makes you feel like you're living in a home Jane Austen could have visited, except with showers and all that other modern goodness. Very comfortable beds. Great service. Also really appreciated their green options such as reusing towels. Great to see a hotel offering that without forcing the option on patrons. 100% recommend.

It's a late Victorian family house turned into a hotel and the rooms are just brilliant. We stayed in a room on the top floor and it was extremely cozy and clean. To a person visiting bath for the first time, it might appear a little away from the centre but it isn't so. It's very well connected with buses and those who like to walk, it's a 40 minute walk from the station. The food is very good with a lot of variety and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at Cranleigh.

What a beautiful and clean place. Bed was very comfy and breakfast so nice. Had to pay extra for a cooked breakfast. But what we had was good enough for us. Friendly welcome and very clean. Be coming back in near future. Recommended this lovely hotel to anyone.
