Our stay at this hotel was truly a pleasant and relaxing experience. The location was peaceful, the surroundings were clean and well-kept, and the view from our room was lovely — the kind that instantly puts you at ease. Everything felt carefully designed and thoughtfully maintained. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. It's rare to come across people so genuinely kind, warm, and attentive. They didn’t just do their jobs — they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. From the warm welcome at reception to the little touches throughout our stay, their attitude and care were truly outstanding. The room was spotless, with daily cleaning and attention to detail that we really appreciated. Overall, this was a stay that left us with only the best impressions. The room was spotless, spacious, and elegantly decorated, with an incredible view of the sunrise over the Aegean Sea – a peaceful and magical way to start each morning. Waking up to that view was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel facilities were excellent, offering comfort and quality in every detail. Breakfast was fresh, rich, and full of local flavors, giving us energy for the day ahead. I honestly have nothing but praise – everything exceeded our expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini who wants to relax, enjoy stunning sunrises, and be treated with genuine care and hospitality.

My wife and I spent 5 days at the Cresanto in July 2025 and had an amazing time. From check-in the service was impeccable. The staff at the front desk, bar, restaurant, and by the pool were all very kind and super helpful. The grounds are beautiful, with a great pool, nice lobby, and a restaurant for breakfast with a view. Speaking of breakfast, the spread was always delicious with a mix of international and Greek foods. The rooms were spacious, clean, and serviced every day. We had a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony with an awesome view (even though it is not of the caldera). The location was perfect, in a much quieter part of the island but close enough to everything you want to see in Santorini. Recommend getting a car, parking is free at the hotel. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
