Crescent Victoria Hotel

Lovely room and great service. We would definitely stay here again, both for the hotel itself and location. Extra huge thanks for the fact I left my bracelet at the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to reunite me with it, so grateful to all involved! Highly recommend!! X

This place is amazing! When I went to Margate with my partner we stayed here and the service was amazing before I even got in the door, as the receptionist help me get my bag in the front door! Every one was so friendly and kind, and the location was brilliant, bring on the seafront and only a few minutes away from most attractions. The room was absolutely lovely, with beautiful decor and quiet nights, and a lovely little en-suite. The staff were also super accommodating as I’m autistic and if I had any worries, they were reassuring, helpful and truthful. I honestly could not recommend this place enough!!

Our second visit to this hotel but now with new owners. The reception lady was fantastic! Friendly, gave us all the required information to make our stay comfortable. She even allowed us to leave our luggage there, we arrived very early, so we could go into town for lunch. The room was clean, well furnished with everything we needed for our stay and included a fantastic shower. The windows opened wide so allowed lots of fresh sea air with a view of the sea as well. What a view to wake up too! I would highly recommend staying here. We were also told that they are renovating the bar and back garden area, so we will definitely be going back there again.
