Cresco Hotel Buriram

Excellent hotel near the football stadium. Great rooms, very nice pool and an extremely spacious, well equipped gym which has a steam room. There is a restaurant selling thai and wester ln food as well as cocktails. Service is good and efficient. Definitely a good choice in Buriram and good value.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cresco Hotel Buriram, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel is located in a prime location, just a short drive from the Chang International Circuit and the city center. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. My room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. I also enjoyed the hotel's pool and fitness center. The hotel's restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, and the breakfast buffet was extensive. I also appreciated the hotel's bar, which was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the Cresco Hotel Buriram. I stayed in this hotel in May for my best friend’s wedding hosted in the ballroom. Almost the whole property were rent out for friends and family to stay over night. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Love the vibe. The pool was clean and warm. Lots of parking spaces. One of the down point which made me contributed 3 stars in over all was the service from one of front desk team members, who i believed she was the manager. During the wedding ceremony in the ballroom around 10:45 am, i made a call to front desk to ask what was the check out time because here on their google map overall info stated check in 14:00 check out 14:00. To me, and my whole life working in hotel industry, this sounded so strange to offer check in and out at exact same time 14:00. So i decided to call to reconfirm and i got confirmed by someone who answered to call that check out was 14:00. However, 12:30 we got a call from front desk team asking us to come check out because it’s passing 12:00. I sneaked out from the wedding and walked to front desk to ask and clarify. The staff called the manager to deal with the case because I kept repeating the confirmation i got from the phone and the google map info. Then came the manager, who i’ve tried to explain the story and showed her the google info. She interrupted me and told me in a unprofessional way that “Why do you believe info in google map while I’m standing here to tell you that check out time 12:00 not 14:00” at this point, i was upset and then started to explain in details with proof of my call at 10:45 am plus screenshot of THEIR own google info. And told her that everyone who needs to travel to this hotel has to follow google map of course unless locals. How am i not supposed to believe in GOOGLE MAP!!??? plus we were in the middle of the ceremony and I and my friends were bridesmaids with duties. The wedding would be done at 13:00 and no late check out was not offered to any of the room while the WHOLE property was rented by our group. Plus miscommunication from their own staff, i found this super unprofessional and rude from this particular manager. Even though she did offer a late check out but I didn’t take the offer and check out immediately. Bad impression given from someone who wasn’t even listen to the customers. To me, the rest of the team, event/ catering/ F&B were super nice but because of one person ruined the whole experience, so it’s never here again!
