Cretan Blue Beach Hotel

The accommodation was great, the service too, the receptionists were always smiling and kind, they always helped. The waiter Kirill is the biggest boss, they should promote him. Kind, smiling, good-natured, he always brings drinks quickly. And also Josip is our favourite waiter. If they weren’t there we were waiting so long for drinks. We are very satisfied with this hotel and we definitely recommend it. The staff here is very nice. As for the food, there is always something to choose from..fresh fruit, vegetables, food....but the food was same every day, this is only thing I would criticize. The beach was kinda small but we went little bit further (10-15minutes)and it was okay. The sea is very beautiful, clear and clean. We enjoyed it so much. Thanks!

I spent one week here with my girl and we loved it. I booked a superior room but they got us a free upgrade with sea view! the rooftop pool has amazing views and the location was perfect aswell, central and you can walk to everywhere.

Our experience got off with a poor start, with AC issues in our room, but Marianne was amazing from the start, she’s an asset to your hotels and you need to retain her at all costs. She was super accommodating, and helped upgrade us to a much better room and helped us during our stay. Thank you Marianne
