Lovely Hotel, pool and views were fantastic. Always managed to get a pool bed for the 4 of us, it did get busy but if you respect not reserving a bed and when you leave for a walk or a few hours move your towels it is fine. Pool Bar team are great and the drinks are always first class. Big credit to the hotel. Breakfast is well run always topped up and a decent choice for all, cannot fault it. We were B&B but did eat in an evening once, food quality was great but the service was slow. Worth a try we may of just caught a slow evening. Reception team were great and always able to help, there help was always great in booking taxis and excursions. Rooms are a good size with everything you need, Air Conditioning is great as is the water pressure. Feels like a refresh is nearly required, nothing to complain about but there are signs of age. Location is great, there are a few good restaurants locally. A taxi to Chania is only €15 to €20 and well worth it, especially if 4 of you as only a little more than the bus. We experienced several buses drive past the stop outside the hotel due to being full already, that would be a long wait in the heat! We had a lovely time and would recommend the hotel.

Me and my partner stayed at Cretan Dream in June and from the start the service was exceptional. The staff are incredibly attentive, even keeping food aside for late night arrivals like ourselves. The pool area and general facilities are excellent and well maintained. Breakfast was kept topped up and presented a wide array of options, including fresh fruit and hot foods. The location is also ideal with a short walk in to town for various restaurants and shops, as well as being right on the coast of the local long sandy beach. I will definitely be recommending the hotel to family and friends and should I visit the island again, will be booking with themselves.

Lovely view and nice pool area. The in-house mini-market is a great asset and reasonably priced. The rooms are tired but clean and the bed was comfortable. Friendly staff and a good bar. Food was adequate but I didn't eat there much apart from breakfast which was the same every day pretty much. It rained during our stay and the floors and steps were treacherous. The steps didn't have any anti-slip tape or edging and my wife was lucky not to be seriously hurt when she slipped down the steps near our room. I was also refused a delay to checkout of an hour. Apparently 1100 is the latest... After spending c€1000 I expected a bit of flexibility. Didn't use the spa so cannot comment. Overall a nice hotel with a great view and infinity pool. Oh and do remember the Cretan tourist tax - €12 per room per night.
