Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa

Just came back from a spa break. Hotel is stunning and grounds beautiful. Check in was great, room was ready early. All staff friendly and accomodating as my booking was made complicated by myself. Afternoon tea was the best I've had. Treatments at the spa were just perfect. I'd say the pool and steam room areas are typical of what you would get at a lovely hotel ( you can get better spa areas elsewhere) but this hotel is fab all round. Food in the restaurant again all perfect and breakfast. We stayed in the newer side, west wing. Can't wait to go back.

My niece and I came for a spa day and we had the loveliest time. We used the pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi and then we each had a facial and massage; followed by lunch in the brasserie. We both really enjoyed it and I’d never had a facial or massage before and it was fabulous and so relaxing. The Elemis products used, were beautiful and my beautician, Beth, could not have been better.

"Crew Hall Hotel and Spa”. What can I say. Its a mixture of old and new seamlessly stitched together as one. The building and internal architecture will just blow you away. The front of house staff were amazing and were able to deal with any query as if it wasn't too much trouble. We had a Fantastic weekend away at this lovely hotel. Within 5mins of checking in, we booked in for an extra days stay. All the staff that we met where very friendly/professional and made you feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms where spotless and comfy. Best nights sleep i've had in a long time. Food was perfect in every way possible. Spa facilities, only used the pool on this visit but there is a full gym and spa. Will we go back there? That's a big YES! and will bring friends with us to share our fantastic experience.
