Everything was fantastic. Even though we were given rooms with a view of the parking lot, they were very quiet. We travelers know that French stars don't shine much, but here they have made an effort to justify their 4 stars. All the reception staff were super friendly and helpful, and the service at breakfast made up for the modest price. The location and neighborhood are fabulous for getting to know Cannes. Excellent location for lunch, dinner, shopping, and traveling, being right next to the train and bus stations.

Warning ⚠️ ‼️ Reserved a room through Marriott (confirmed reservation) and when I came to check in I was told that there were no rooms available!! Imagine! The hotel offered zero assistance. I cannot stress enough that this place should be avoided. It’s also way worse than the sonder next door, which has issues too!
